Spirit Tours was founded in 2001 by Jim Cramer, an experienced travel industry professional and veteran traveler. Jim lived in Bali, Indonesia for ten years studying (Topeng) a sacred mask dance, since then he has danced on several occasions in the temples of Bali. Jim believes we are all a part of a web of life in which all is sacred, that there is One Presence, a divine life essence, and indwelling consciousness or spirit in every creature and life form. Spirit Tours was born out of Jim's desire to share that Oneness through Spiritual Journeys. Since those early days in Bali Jim has led tours to many culturally rich destinations throughout the world with Yoga Teachers, Buddhist Masters and New Thought Ministers. Spirit Tours is dedicated to providing a more meaningful and rewarding travel experience that takes one beyond the ordinary and into the very heart of these rich cultures.
We are a licensed Travel Agency/Tour Operator and California Seller of Travel # 2056720-40, government regulated company which subscribes to the highest possible ethical and professional standards.
Jim Cramer, founder of Spirit Tours, started his travels in 1970 on a surf trip to South Africa and continued on to South America, South Pacific, New Zealand and Australia. In 1974 he traveled to Bali and soon after became a student of Balinese dance. After 7 years of study Jim performed in the temples of Bali and continues to dance to this day. Jim returned to the USA in 1985 and created his own Bali Travel Business Baliadvisor.com
and founded Spirit Tours in 2001. Jim is inspired by Eckhart Tolle, Ernest Holmes, John O'Donahue, the Buddha, and by all the fellow spiritual seekers that have travelled with Spirit tours.

"When I am pushed beyond my comfort zone it makes me be present. In that state, I can observe all the different tastes, smells and energy of the natural surroundings. It makes me feel alive". Made' feels that through these types of awakening moments he has been able to deepen his spiritual practice and grow as a more conscious individual. Reverend David Bruner
David Bruner is the Spiritual Director of the Center for Spiritual Living in San José, California. His irreverent sense of humor and “everyday kind of guy” style makes him adored by his congregation–that and his love of God, people and animals, Harry Potter and a peculiar fondness for People magazine, Taco Doritos, and great neckties. He is a compelling, charismatic speaker known and loved for his humor and his practical, often unorthodox approach to spirituality. One Sunday he is excitedly pursuing the path of forgiveness following a four-hour experience at the California DMV, and the next week he is relaying his escapades in a trapeze class or on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada.
